Payplan would not advise about BR?!?! Aren't they supposed to explain all the options?

I would definitely get a second opinion Danny - if you feel that an IVA is the right way forward for you then you've got nothing to lose x

You have nothing to lose Danny.

There are several people recommended on here you can approach - I have no objection if you want to email me a copy; I'd gladly look at it for you.

I would also be happy to have a look and speak to N Rock. However, it still may be best advice to petition for if N Rock do agree they will want a six years IVA and equity release.

Thanks people. Michael it may still be best to petition for BR but hopefully by looking at it then I will know what's best to do and I will keep BR meeting date booked and get ready for it.

Hi Danny.
If you ring the office they can give you the address or fax number whichever is easiest for you. I do not think I am allowed to post that information.

Good Luck Danny, I know it is a horrible situation you find yourself in.

Time and time again this forum throws up cases where NR seem less than reasonable and many best offers (for creditors and debtors and taxpayers!!) are rejected.

Do the IPs on here beleive there is financial foundation on their super tough IVA acceptance criteria. Do they benefit more from those chosing a long-term DMPs than those they lose who chose BR?
