Thanks for all your support. I must say that without this forum I wouldn't know what to do. Michael and his team are excellent. Any queries I contact them with they are always back to me quickly.

We have had confirmation our meetings are on the 21st October and our creditos have been tld there is a BR meeting for the 22nd October. We are proposing an IVA over six years and are expecting NR to put in the equity clause so depending on value of house and can we get the equity it could go on for 7 yrs. We can't wait for the creditors meeting. two weeks to go. Haven't heard from Sainsburys yet but it has only been a week. not much time for them to do much and they should have proposal now for new IVA.

Am looking forward to the 21st and am feeling quite confident. I am still preparing forms for BR meeting on 22nd just in case creditor meeting goes the wrong way. Michael and his people have been great only being an email or a phonecall away. Hopefully this week will see anew start. It's weird that it has been so quiet from the creditors since new IVA proposal went out.

Michael seems to be keeping an overview on it and seems to being kept abreast of the situation. Any time I ask him for info he is quick to get back to me. I do feel in good hands and this forum has been a godsend. It will be nice to get on with life again. It seems so quiet at the moment. Have not heard from any creditors for about a week now. Hopefully it means that we will get the votes we need. We just need NR to vote in favour. They did say they were happy to consider it again.
