Won't go in to detail but Michael's team have been on the phone all day to Northern Rock. Good news is that with a few modifications that we can live with it has been accepted. Michael's team have been brilliant.

Sorry haven't been on for a while but been hectic. It feels much more relaxed to now be on the IVA and Michael's team were excellent. All day on the phone to Northern Rock as they rejected about 10 minutes before the vote. IVA is for 6 years withan equity clause in the 5th YEar. Heard from no creditors yet apart from Barclays. they rang yesterday and my wif told them that were in an IVA and they said they hadn't heard anything yet. We gave them the name of the IP we are dealing with. It was very amicable and they asked for our ref number and said that we wouldn't hear from them again. What was weird about voting when you look at it that some people who originally voted yes with paypaln proposal either didn't vote or declined. Barclays voted yes on mine and no on Maxine's. Seems weird really. What I would say to people is to persevere and get a good team behind you that yo have total confidence in and who are giving you the right advice. One more thing to add is this forum is brilliant as I wouldn't have got in touch with Micheal if not for this and the support is excellent. It's nice to know that your not the only one going through it and that there are genuine caring people out there who want to help and are not judgemental.

Hi Danny. Many thanks for your kind words and I am really glad everything has settled down quite quickly.

Good to see you are staying on the forum as your experiences will be invaluable. Not many people have had two IVAs rejected and eventually accepted.

Danny also please that things are now settled. Well done to Michael for all his help and support he has given.

What a journey, might be worth starting a blog to let others see your journey and to let them know of the positive outcome in your case through.

I am so glad you enjoy the forum, it really is a wonderful place I do admit.
