You were right Andy the car was the key factor in her debt situation. She has now got rid of the car, which is saving her a fortune. She took advice from the Citizens Advice and didn't realise just what benefits she could and is now claiming and already in receipt of! Is now on a DMP with CCCS and they've been really good with her and all is blooming in her household again. Her 2nd child is due 8th February the same day as my creditors meeting! Double celebration?? let's hope. On behalf of her I would like to say thanks to all as it was stressful enough for me to face my own difficulties and then for her to come to me I nearly caved in but I didn't I'm still here. She still doesn't know of my situation but so happy that her's is all sorted.
