Hey 7up4it, sorry you're having a bad time. If you have any disposable income above, I think above £95, then yes you will have to pay an IPA and it is for three years. You get more allowances in BR than an IVA and they don't take ALL of your disposable income. Have a look at Skippys blog, scroll down and there is a repayment table that gives you a rough idea what you might pay. X
