Just about managing, it's awful esp when friends and family are round and the phone is ringing constant, i have now started to unplug it when people are round.
I have been managing to pay credit agreements up until last month but it was a real struggle had no money for heating or shopping so i decided that something needed to be done, i just hope the creditors see that an IVA is the best option for both them and me as i have no house to sell or re mortgage to pay them back in a lump sum.
I am thinking that maybe this HJS RECOVERY is part of blair endersby then? I just hope they speak to my creditors soon. As i seem to be going in circles with them. I have to tell them at least three times a day that i'm in the process of applying for an iva but cos it's the call centre's they just keep calling. It's so annoying, i know they are only doing their job but basic manners need to be addressed.
The letter i recieved this morning said my file was ready for processing so i'm hoping this is the final stage now!![xx(]
Sounds good lw10. Unplugging the phone is as good idea as well. I am afraid this is quite normal but it will all be worth it once your IVA is approved (think positive!). Do you have caller display? You don't have to speak with these people you know. I don't have caller display on my home phone when I was going through my IVA so what I did was to set up call divert on my home phone and then divert calls to my mobile which does have caller display. I think I only ever answered one call, that was enough, I didn't answer any more.

hi i went through baines and earnst they definetly talked me through both options in detail with me and when they put me on to accumma they went through both options aswell to make sure i new what i was getting into
