my house has gone to litigation,, is it too late to do anything?

Hi Nicola.t Do you have your court date yet?

If you have, please, please make sure you attend. If it is your first hearing the judge will be sympathetic to an offer of over payments to make up the shortfall. This will allow you time to make other arrangements (remortgage away from your existing lender).

If you do not attend the lender will automatically be awarded repossession.
