my husband and i are both going bankrupt next week after a refused iva attempt and we are trying to fill in the SOA for both of us as we need to go bankrupt seperately, one of our creditors is a bank account overdraft (joint account) do you know if we both put the full amount owed on each form or 1/2 of amount on each form. many thanks

Hi
I would agree with that because you are both liable for the full debt and not half each.
