my husband has been made redundant and has now become a taxi driver so have not got the same money coming in every week cause it varies how does this affect my iva

Hi,

It may have an effect on whether or not you will be able to afford the IVA payments.

You need to inform your IP of the change in circumstances and see what he/she suggests.

It may be possible to arrange for a payment break or a more flexible way of paying your IVA contributions. Have you thought about breaking them up into weekly contributions? For people who are weekly paid this can be easier to manage, and you know when you have paid the IVA the rest of money is yours to manage.
