Before we all start to demand blood and police involvement - Lee needs to speak to his IVA company direct - find out where his yearly statement/creditors payments have gone. Only then should he be querying unaccountable payments. He should also be asking for the status of his IVA.
Only then should he asking for police involvement.

Again i would query the use of the term "stolen payments" - unless there is proof of this.

I think we are all wondering whether or not this is a genuine post ginger.

If it is then we will give all the support and advice we can but the OP needs to come back to us.

I would certainly not be prepared to give any professional advice on this forum about a potentially serious matter without knowing full facts. It is exceedingly rare for an insolvency practitioner to steal their clients money, and those who have in the past have been severely reprimanded and one or two have ended up in jail.

SOme, by no means all end up here because of a certain approach to money and money problems.
I am one of them, OP sounds like another, ludicrous decision to stop paying.
Sounds like you were waiting for an excuse.
Judgemental? Maybe, I am/was the same.

Unless we find out otherwise, all posters are treated as genuine so we have to assume that this is genuine.

We suggest that unless Lee comes on to clarify the position, that this thread is now closed. We welcome any additional input Lee, but without it this thread will be archived.
