Hi
You are 60% of the way through your IVA and the finish line is in sight. You need to bite the bullet and work through your problems with the new IP.
I know that it can be very frustrating but it,s best to keep a good communication line open.Just send items by recorded delivery next time.
Good luck

You could go to Court to complain about the running of your case, but this is unlikely to get you anywhere. Try scanning and e-mailing the documents to your IP's office in future, and then they cannot get lost in the post, and if you use a delivery and read receipt you have absolute confirmation that they have been received.

As Andy says, don't give up when the end is in sight - and there is probably a bit of upheaval in the IP's firm as a result of the takeover.
