My IVA completed this year 6months ago and most creditors have amended my CRA files accordingly. I had a vanquish card in my IVA which was added mid term in the IVA and Capquest bought the debt in 2013. The problem is despite my completion certificate showing the Vanquish debt along with the other debts Capquest are still saying that they can not trace any record of the IVA and this account still shows on the 3 CRA. Whilst my credit score is improving this debt is not helping. Should I ICO them?
Send them a copy of the Chairman's Report and the final report and completion certificate. The first will confirm the inclusion of the debt in an IVA and the latter will confirm it's completion.
