My IVA has been passed on the 3rd dec 2008,i am using tenon debt solutions. I have just received a B136 notice of an application to register a restriction against the land. Is this legal and can they do this? What will happen if i object to this?

All its for is to stop you from selling the house as i assume you have an equity releaseclause?
Its legal and its normal.

This should have been discussed with you in great detail before the proposals were signed. It is very normal, and will stop you selling the property without the IP's knowledge or permission, and gets registered at HM Land Registry.
