My IVA is currently failing. Would I have to give all reduundancy money to IVA ?

my iva is currently failing due to reduction in working hour there is talk of redundantcy which i would get about 3000 will i have to give it all to the iva i will need to move and live

It is a general rule, if not made specific within your own IVA proposal, that you will be allowed to retain up to six months salary equivalent from any redundancy package you are awarded - to give you time to find another job. So the IVA will not necessarily fail, but it would be better to discuss your actual options with your own IP.
