got a letter at last from debt free direct saying my iva has failed they said will not make me bankrupt had 1500 pounds of me all gone on their fees should never had an iva in first place couldnot afford it i said the reply i got was well pay £150 then they put it up to £200 and finished up wanting £450 thats £1500 my creditors could of had had anyway will try for a debt managerment plan iva is agood thing if you can afford it i think i have been let down badly

sorry to hear of your plight jim you will get expert advice on here stick around the experts will be here soon.i dont understand why they try to cripple us with upped payments when its impossible and end in failure when the creditors were happy at the meeting with the original dividend
