What a strange post - and such a shame that you feel that you were mis-sold an IVA and now feel that you should no longer pay on the advice of a company who wants to charge you a substantial sum of money for assistance in filling in a simple set of forms!
Be aware that if you default on your IVA for no reason apart from apparently being disgruntled that you are paying £530 per month, the OR is likely to take the same amount from you for the next three years, and any assets that you own will be taken into account.
Bankruptcy is not an easy option, nor is it always better on the other side of the fence. If you made a deal with your creditors, and fail to honour that deal, the Official Receiver is unlikely to be pretty harsh with you, and you may well find that your old Supervisor becomes your Trustee and therefore you may be back to square one!
