just got a letter from my ip supervisor notice of breach first time had contact since november last year remedy the breach dont know what this means contact has been very poor with them had some arrears due to wife being off sick its been 18 months sincei started this iva i fill i havebeen let down are total debt is £18000we havea interlocking one i owe £11000my wife £4000 and £3000 between us they say i need to pay £250 a month and six months arrears cant afford that i started to pay for first 8 months £105 pounds than it went up to £200 i belivei was given bad advice anyway i dont think a iva was the right thing to do at the time because i hadto sell my houseas itwas being repossed what happens now if my iva fails do they add fess to my debts
