And please understand that settlement figures suggested by insolvency practitioners are not set in tablets of stone - this figure will still need the agreement of your creditors.

Demand to speak to the IP concerned on Monday and after telling him / her of your recent dealings with their firm, demand the settlement figure is e-mailed to you.
