You will probably find that things will change because Debtmatters have sold their IVA book. Have you not received a letter from them informing you ?

You will be transferred to either Payplan or Grant Thornton. I have been transferred to GT but still await the letter. DM were never that great at communication before the sale so I would keep an eye on the mail over the next few days and then contact your new IP.

Good luck

Nothing with the IVA should change, apart from your IP.

I have to ask......how are you managing your payments whilst unemployed?

I would ring and ask to speak to a supervisor about this and not just an employee because surely if you are not working you wouldnt be able to afford the IVA.

Perhaps you could be given a payment break while you look for employment?
