Hi I am hoping someone can help me. My iva was with simple debt solutions which has been been taken by credit fix. Anyway in may 2013 the joint iva that I shared with my ex partner was seperated and I continued with my own iva which was agreed by my creditors. When I contacted credit fix today about my iva they said that my details were with the manager as they had never heard of a joint iva being allowed to be seperated but they couldn't give me any advice and the manager wasn't avaliable. Also they had only just found the account that my payments had been put on as they still have the joint iva on their systems which is in arrears from may 2013.

If they have never heard of interlocking IVA's being separated they must have only just started work in the industry !! I suggest you ask for a call back from the manager who, hopefully, knows what's what.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
