Hi,
As Kallis says they are on a hiding to nothing as the saying goes!! Let your IP deal with it. I had a Halifax account when my IVA went through and strangely, even though I've moved my salary payments, etc the account is still open (all be it with no activity). I often wonder if they are waiting for me to start putting money into the account so they can "swallow" it so to speak!!
