Its so hard to speak to anybody that knows what they are talking about from my IVA firm. I was given an email address which i used and had no reply.
I will put a letter in when i send them my mortgage offer and explain everything and hope for the best and hope they dont want a variation fee

skint - by the sounds of things - from the advice from Melenie and previous advice from Andy

"Full and final settlements seem to be favoured by creditors at the moment,so you are in with a good chance."

I don't think you have too much to worry about. I'm sure it will all be OK

Hi Skint
As Melanie has sais a few hundred pounds will not make a difference.
I will take a punt and say that your F+F WILL be accepted.
Relax

Is it normal to have to sign a direct debit form before actually agreeing to take out the remortgage.
Im probably over reacting again but i am scared that this mortgage company will start my mortgage with them before i have even had a variation meeting

Hi
It is perfectly normal.
You will only remortgage once the variation is agreed. If it,s not then you will not progress the mortgage any further.
