my wife is not involved in my iva and wants to get a new car as her old car was involved in an accident and was written off.
will she be able to get car finance, she has a reasonable deposit.

Yes I am pretty sure she can as long as none of the debts incurred were in both your names

She should not be affected at all but if there is any problem tell her to get her credit file to see why she was refused. Your IVA may impact on her but her credit file can be amended and her credit rating restored.
