Hi
Ridiculous !!
They need to have a variation meeting ready and in place for when the baby is born.
Was the letter actually from your IP ?

The my IVA administrator called me and said well really there is nothing we can do until the baby is born.

To be honest the original IVA figures were manufactured by them and I don't think we will bother when the new one is born as they seem to be useless.

We are happy to plod on the way we are, we have had no reviews in 2 years.

We can never get to the IP, all you get is the administrator or the Manager.

All I can say is what is the point.

We will be at the half way mark when the new one is born and feel that if they do a reveiw we would be worse off anyway due to the way the figures were manufactured at the time.

We did query it and advise them that our incomes were wrong and that some of the debt wasn't on there. We were advised this would be the only way it would go through.

If I am brutally honest we regret doing an IVA in the first place. as we are so far in we just want it over and done with and we would be quite happy if needs be to default and go into BR.

Hi
Are you saying that some of the unsecured debt that you had was missed off the IVA proposal ?

This is also me.

It would seem my IVA is a botch job.

The best way is just to deal and let it lie and if I need to get anything I just don't involve them as they are useless anyway[:(][:(][:(]
