I don't know if it is something I would actually consider these days if the firm I was signing up to made it mandatory to be bound by 2014 protocols and secured loans, there is in effect no END date with those in my personal opinion, hence why I think it is crucial to find a firm that does not use the 2014 protocols or indeed insist as a contractual requirement to secured loan (outside of re-mortgage) being a requirement to release equity to pay creditors.

Again I don't agree personally with the secured loan aspect that you see now, but, if I had signed up to this I would adhere to this.
You make sure you read and sign only when you're happy.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
