I know how hard it is when you face rejection. I think it is a survival thing in humans to be accepted and liked by as many as possible. Unfortunately, the world isn't like that. There is and always will be, narrow-minded, judgmental, nasty individuals out there. They are the ones I feel sorry for the most, how shallow and lonely must their lives be to devote so much time gloating on others and their problems?? Have they ever actually got to know anyone for who they really are not what they have?? I don't think they will have. It's their loss at the end of the day.
Money like many other things in life are incidental. I know you can't do without out, but there is only so much we need to get by. Other material things that we buy with cash is either to impress others or make us feel better about ourselves. The society we live in has made people feel insecure about who and what we are, leading to us 'self-medicating' on credit to provide us with the life-style this society sells and promotes.
We are the lucky ones, we have realised and faced upto our money troubles and are dealing with them in the best possible way we can.
Sorry if I'm ranting.....it's out of my system now....xxx
It's nice to be back......

A bit of extra money for you.

Hi quark, i know exactly how you feel have had two bluey weeks of late with my first review having just been held and thankfully nothing has changed although one sentence in the letter i recieved did state that for future reference as per your proposal you will be expected to increase your IVA contributions when having had a payrise, hmmmmm well if my mortgage hadn't of gone up by £100 as i came out of a fixed rate earlier this year then maybe that could've happened hmmm. The plonker who didn't contact you well that shows his level of development, what did he think you were after, not his shining galantry that is for sure! Don't let others get you down be yourself, i have to keep telling myself this being on the wrong side of 45 and having joined the singles market too.

Take care and be safe.

Ox
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Yes you can be perfect on the outside, as he is. Utterly the most beautiful man i have ever seen, i mean, flawless, and by being such has made him a very wealthy young man.I had no idea, until i went round to his place.I just thought he was an astonishing looking geezer, and had some nice things to say until then. Shanti Shanti and i'm spritually a little further advanced but i wish no ill feeling really.I will deal with any proposed increases when the time comes, when my rent increases, a deal shall be struck, and i will be no worse off, and the creditors will still get their monies.
