I have got a letter from Solicitors chasing a debt i had with Littlewoods Catalogue for £1700 which has been passed onto them
from a company called Phoenix Debt Recovery and the original debt was for £841.
This debt has been passed from Littlewoods to Moorcrofts Debt Recovery.
I then entered and got accepted for an IVA and had them as one of my creditors at the creditors meeting.
the debt has now seemed to have passed onto Phoenix Debt Recovery and has now gone to Solicitors who have now added court and solicitors costs and have virtually doubled the Debt when i am already 5 months into an IVA and i thought i would never hear from them until my IVA was concluded.
Have they made a mistake and not updated there records as Moorcrofts haven't informed them or will i have to go to court.
It seems such a shame as i have not missed an IVA payment and things seem to be going well.
All my other creditors have not contacted me or anything only this company who seem to be hounding me.

If this debt was included in your IVA simply send the letter to your IP and ask them to deal with it.
