Sorry for sounding silly but I applied for a select silver account online and it came up that I had been accepted, I'm a bit concerned as I got the info to sign and send back but they didn't ask for any ID. Is this a mistake and have I been accepted..... Not sure :-/

Hello,

If they say you have been accepted then you have nothing to worry about.

It's not an upgrade, I'm new customer which is why I thought it odd they didn't ask for proof of address or passport details.
