I am with thinkbanking, my wifes pay was supposed to be credited on monday - still no money gone in. Now 3 DD have not been payed. We have tried ringing them on both telephone NO's that we have been texted. But both are engaged all the time ---- this is now beyond a joke!!!

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

\hgopefully they will be sorted by Monday...that will be over a week since their system crashed. Long enough for anyone to get it fixed!
