i've always done everything online. I did want to close one account once and had to go in the branch to do this and into a side room, didn't like that at all, wouldn't just do it at the counter. I have 3 accounts with them e-savings, ISA and the select.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
