Frustrating as it is - just give them copies of the statements they say they need and explain that as you have not had a pay-rise you will not be paying them any more money. They will not make you bankrupt because of these anomalies.

Thanks Melanie, you know what it is like, I am a very private person and to have to open my soul every three months has been very hard. Still 10 soul openings to go and im done. Going to make a chufty chart and tick off the months before I can start living again.

I must say though despite all that has happened with my IVA over the past 4 years it is nothing compared to the anguish I felt when everything and everyone wanted money from me. I must try to remember how I felt way back because to be quite honest I was one of the window ledge brigade.

All the info is ready and I am posting tomorrow, lets see what else they want

Had a phone call today, they have offered that I pay off the missed debt payment in nine installments, this brings my release date back a month to Otober this year and not November. Very happy, this is the first time I have actualy spoken on the phone with them. Great 9 to go
