They are a very dodgy organisation from what I can see and letters from any companies such as this should be ignored.

I got a letter from these guys today (finished my IVA in 2013) saying the same as above. Only thing for me is, it came to my new address which nobody has. I used to (and still very infrequently do) get letters regarding claiming PPI back but they always go to my old address (was living with parents) so not sure how they have my new one.

It's amazing how they get these - they are known for buying up lists and if you are on the Electoral Roll they can get it from there.

Beats me how they know you have completed after all this time. Recycle it as I did.

There are PPI reclaim companies advertising at the moment who claim to be able to go back 35 years -- if so there must be archived records available to them, and probably ones with IVA details too.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I received one of these as well a couple of days ago. I shredded it yesterday but was about to post on here today about it but searched the word consumer first and this thread came up.
I finished my IVA two years ago this month and have no interest in claiming anything back from anyone. Just glad it's all over and put behind me. Still love this forum though and regularly log in to see how everyone's getting on.

Nice to see you Stirling - I feel the same. I have no wish to resurrect anything now!!
