hi i am looking bk and was wondering if everyone you owe any money to has to be included in bk as i have a store credit of £500 to a shop owned by a friend and dont want them included,dont really understand how bk works , we only have around £89 left over a month do i have to pay this to anyone? tanks i have so many questions going through my head!!!

Hi again

You must include all of your debts in your bankruptcy application. If you have only £89 left at the end of each month, it is unlikely that you will be required to make any voluntary contributions.

Hi housewife,

Unfortunately you have to include that store card in your bankrupcty application. And as Melanie said it is unlikely that you will have to make any contributions.
