Creditors Meeting is 11am Monday
They will get 63p in the pound if approved which I understand is quite high? Is that correct?
IP tells me that the only creditor that can be a pain is Northern Rock who always ask to extend to 6 years.
63p is a very good dividend ( mine was low 30's) and, yes, NR routinely ask for the baseline to be set at 6 years (with the possibility of extending to 7 in lieu of erquity).
Best of luck for Monday.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Agree with Foggy and Keith. It is a very good return with the dividend you can offer which always gives you a much better chance.
Northern Rock are known to have certain criteria but nonetheless, knowing you can be debt free in a reasonable amount of time hopefully should out weigh this!

Its been accepted. Slightly higher payments than I submitted as Northern Rock had an issue with the I and E. Also ended up with the expected 6 year IVA (7 without equity release) again thanks to NR.
