HI guys

Well u join a IVA and they tell u that its illegal for a creditor to ring u, well guess not if u owe barclaycard anymoney lol

It was kinda of funny really funny my partner was telling him its illegal for him to ring us, and this guy on phone was sayin due to the standards commission i can phone u 3 times a day!!!! so my partner asked for his name and he put the phone down hehe.

I contacted my IP straight away and they said it is illegal and the reason he most likely put the phone down was cos he knew lol.

My IP could'nt understand why they rang as Barclaycard had accepted everything hehe.

Oh well u guess they try their luck[:)]

Many of the big banks have such a vast array of systems that when one is updated it is possible that the others are not. If you do have any calls from Creditors post IVA acceptance the best advice would be to politely ask them to update their systems and then say goodbye.

case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing as is the case in most credit card companies!
