I had my IVA approved 3 weeks ago, prior to that MBNA were a real pain, repeated phone calls trying to strike private deals, informing me that IVA's were not legally binding, etc.
The day after my IVA was approved, a lady from MBNA Insolvency Department rang me to say they were aware my IVA was approved, they had voted in favour as they thought it was the best deal for them and that all phone calls would stop immediately, she then wished me the best of luck for the future.
Just hang in there, the phone calls are coming from call centre people who are obviously on commission, the people who really count are the ones who vote at the creditors meeting.
If your IP has done their job correctly, MBNA will agree if they think it's the best deal for them, I honestly thought they were going to vote against mine after all the hassle they gave me, it seems they will use all sorts of tactics to squeeze payments out of you, but common sense does eventually prevail.
Hang on in there , and 'Good Luck' [:)][:)]
