Hi

Now that we are in the new year it would be good to see more IVA.co.uk blogs updated on a regular basis and also to welcome new bloggers

To encourage this I will be awarding £100 every two weeks for the best update or new blog

The £100 will be in One4all vouchers so that it doesn't affect anyone in an IVA

Get blogging !

Regards
Andam Davies

Sounds good, - Is this something for everyone, or is it the expert blogs? - Where are they? how do we set one up? and what are the rules for the content ?

It is for everyone - you can find a link on the left hand side of the page 'Member blogs'.

Just sign in and start typing. The content is usually to do with your life, your IVA etc. If you have a read of a few you will get a general feel for them.

Do be aware that there is usually a lot of spam blogs about but just persevere and you'll find one of the genuine ones.

A lot of us put a link in our signature to the blogs so worth looking out for those too. Mine is like an online journal for me to see how far I've come. x

I'll definitely be reflecting on mine when I've got my certificate. By reading it I see how far I've come and it's a good reminder I don't want to go back there. x

Hardly a day goes by that I dont check this site... I wouldnt have been able to get throught my IVA process and those darkest hours without it.

My blog... is a long story. I use it for IVA and personal stuff. Its what keeps me sane and when I read it back its like a wake up call to me, of what matters and what doesnt. Its where I vent and rant. Where I laugh and have fun. Where I find my sanity.

I am under a anon name in it, but will change it to mine.

There are days... when ranting on my blog is what keeps me going.

xx

I must admit I rarely look at mine, only if I'm going to update it. To me it's part of the past, and not something I want to relive too often!

I love to reflect and I'm actually proud I'll have completed my IVA as I don't think I've ever fulfilled another financial committment in full. Not sure how long I'll look at it for as one day I'll want to forget it but for now I enjoy it.

Oooh Lesley just noticed your last payment has been made. Well done and congratulations, it must be a relief for you.
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.
