Well I have been offered a new job (I have accepted the contract).

The credit search they did showed I was in an IVA but as I was making payments that wasn't a problem.

Please about that

Now to phone my IP to tell them I am earning lot more [;)]

full and final accepted January 2015

iva agreed; August 2010
iva would have completed; August 2017
extra year thank's to NRAM

Fabulous news - and you really deserve it! With a bit of luck you may only have to pay over 50% of those increased earnings, and this also gives you the opportunity to review your expenditure allowances to make sure they are ably covering what you actually spend.
