Yes, know what you mean - dodgy area Origins.

We cannot say afro carribean or jamaican origin if we don't know or sure that they have links to that particular area/country. We have to just say black. Same with the other areas too.

Eggshells spring to mind - ho hum. XX

Hi,
I know what you all mean!! Luckily I have a good "Black" friend who keeps me up to speed with the allowableacceptable language - that's great as it changes like the wind!! One day it's Afro Carribbean the next it's Black!! Strange as being Irish it's apparently OK to call me Paddy!!
Have a good day everyone,
C x

This Forum always shows the real human side of living in an IVA and the journey that takes us to that point ... so I think it's great that more of the 'experts' are looking in on us.

To All
The reason we have decided to post on the forum is to provide assitance and advice to our clients who for whatever reason have chosen to seek help here.
We will not attempt to identify specific clients. We can only learn clients true experiences with feedback, either directly or on such forums, and will constantly look to make any appropriate improvements and ensure our clients are treated positively.

More IPs the merrier i say.
There seems to be such a massive communication problem between IPs and clients. We read that all the time on this forum.
This can only be a good thing to have more on board.
Whatever our opinions are of IPs or their Companies, as long as you abide by the terms of it, you are still entitled to your opinion and should not be penalised for it.

The forum is for letting off steam and having people help you through concerns and worries and the presence of more IPs shouldnt put people off.

I too welcome all input from companies and Ip,s. I am sure they get great insight as to how people feel in an iva and any problems they may have and also how other Ip,s may deal with differing situations. All good.

It remains to be seen whether Blair Endersby will see this as purely as a tool to improve their customer service. I am with them and i have had a positive experience with them via telephone and letter.Maybe they should take a leaf from melanie's book. People not numbers. I'm yet to be convinced that this is not snooping around, phishing for clients or otherwise.

Yeah, I'm with Quark on this one. Seems a bit too co-incidental that they have just started posting, could it be the credit crunch is looming and there will be more IVA's to be had??? If it's customer feedback they want, anonymous client questionaires are always very informative......and they do have a huge client base from all accounts.....
It's nice to be back......

Its a shame you see it like that.
I'm sure nobody thinks that about Melanie or Ian Millington.
The chances are, a client has mentioned the forum so they have come to see what its all about.
I dont think it would hurt to give BE a proper chance.
I was a little concerned about one of their posts BUT come on guys, they are entitled to their say as much as we are too.
