Letter is off CPP not CCP and reading it properly it was the FCA not the FSA who told them to write. Bottom line is they will make an offer of compensation within 12 weeks once they have looked at my policy documents dating back to 14 Jan 2005. I really hope it is less than £500.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
