Oh Cat, love, she's yummy...... She looks all legs, I love it when they are gangly before they grow into there long legs!![:D] lol
We have 3 adult cats and our Nel, the staffy, they tolerate each other!!![B)]
I'm hoping that the kitten we're keeping will become good mates with the dog as she is very maternal and would love to have a kitty friend. We had a cat a few years ago but sadly he got knocked down, he and the dog would snuggle up together infront of the fire and were very best friends. [:X]
The kitten, Seb, seems to be fine with her at the moments and plays with her paws....I'm just worried incase the other cats tell him they can't be friends....they are natural enemies!! [}:)]

It's nice to be back......

thanks Chris.Kind words.I do hope they get on.Wonder how long the cats will tolerate not coming in properly-some are , some aren't.Wish I'd got her on a trial basis and the kids knew that. But, even then there would be trauma if she had to go.I know I'm being sillyIt's nothing compared to current stressors on this forum.I just have so much of a negative outlook of recent months.I now know the worst things that can happen I suppose!I would be this way I think if I had made any other long standing commitment.I doubt very much this is simply about a dog and some cats not getting on and a few chewed material objects. One of the reasons we decided to get her was so I could loose some weight by walking in the surrounding fields where we live.I will loose weight with her defiantely because I keep anything down [:I]

They'll probably be fine, Cat. Our older cats just keep out of Nel's way really and have a bit of a grumble at her when they do have to come close....lol. She's very good really, she knows what they are like and is very kind towards them.
Your andrex girl will get to know how the cats tick and, although the cats may look down on her, she will fit in well,
xx

Hi Cat

Just wanted to say, welcome to the new arrival. I hope you have lots of fun with him/her. We have a G lab too, she is very much part of our family and the cats are Okay with her too. She sorts them out when they fight.
