We've just started the process with Melanies team.. they make you feel at ease and it does lift the weight from your shoulders, Good Luck and will probably be going through the process around the same time, so fingers crossed!!

Hi Everyone,
Thought I would post on things so far,
I spoke on the phone yesterday with Melanies colleague, who is collating all the info I have given her, This then goes to Melanie (I am sure you are more aware of the process than me)to have a look and decide on the plan of action, so all being well things will progress nice a smoothly, new bank account opened today with Barclays as recomended, as I do not have any financial ties with them.

I think I am pretty much all set now, maybe just a few i`s to dot and `ts` cross etc.

Best Wishes
Mark

Totally agree,
I dont know why but I do feel a whole lot better, nothing formally has really been done yet, just the first few steps, I can only imagine at present how it feels to get an IVA or whatever the solution to a given persons situation formally agreed, let alone when you have finished and come out the other side.

Cheers
Mark
