Hi SaladFingers. Welcome to the Forum. I'm 36 months into my IVA with PayPlan, and have always found them to be really helpful and supportive, even to the point when I was really struggling with my health/managing my budget, one CO listened sympathetically, and kept trying to come up with solutions. He even followed it up in writing, urging me to get in touch again to see what they could do. I'm not saying you should choose them, but they have made my IVA journey bearable under terrible circumstances. I really wish you the best in whatever you choose to do.
IVA journey started: 30th March 2009. Settled: 17th July 2012. Completion Certificate received: 13th March 2013. Breathe. x

You will be fine with Payplan saladfingers - they've been having a hard time due to the PPI and VAT issue which has been affected a lot of firms. It won't affect you by the time you come to completion.

I've had a couple of small problems but other than that they have been fine.
