Perhaps we should start the IVA Weight Watchers group again! I weighed myself and I've put on 5lb - not good!

I would love to join, when do we start and how do we do it? Weigh ourselves once a week and post our results?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

How about asking ANDY to set up a fun run say 5K follwed by a pint.
This could be done regionally prior to the informal meetings.

Hi All

I would be really interested in the forum WWatchers starting up again, as could do with loosing a few more pounds. Lost 10llbs through iva proposal/creditors meeting stress, but some more to lose.

not sure about a 5k fun run......... keep thinking that fun and running do not have much in common[:0]
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

Hmmm, not sure about the 5k run - I've never understood why they are referred to as 'fun runs'! I've done the Cancer Research Race for Life for the last few years but I've always walked it as fast as I can.

I'm definitely up for forum WW as my motivation seems to be lacking a bit! I don't mind posting my weight - perhaps some public humiliation might motivate me! What day shall we have as our weigh in day? I usually weigh myself on a Thursday but I don't mind changing!

OK, I'll weigh myself on Thursday and post my weight - I'll probably be even more shocked than I was last week!

Have a great birthday on Tuesday and enjoy the chocolate!

Hi Guys

Be careful, if youre not used to running a long way build up to it gradually. You may risk a stress fracture if you suddenly go for it.
