Count me I 'll be joining you on Thursday. Christmas is a wonderful time but I wish my willpower would stay me with, especially when someone says "Go on have a choccie"! Why do I always say yes!!!

NB. Took action with the chocolates today - brought the tin into work so that everyones elses willpower can take a bashing and I can just sit at my desk merrily tapping away and avoid them - woohoo!

Hmmm...time for a cuppa me thinks that way I can have a choccie!!!!

In preparation I gave all the sweets, crisps and chocs in the house to my cousins kids yeaterday...

Am a bit lost today as working from home ([:)]) and no chocolate digestive to go with my coffee[:(]

Will weigh myself Thursday along with the rest of you[:0]
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

I hate coffee and toffee too, my kids offered me a sweetie and I said no (they were coffee looking or toffee looking). They said why??? Dont you like them, yes I said I love them but I love you more and want you to have them. OOOps they only came down with all the toffee and coffee looking ones saying they love me more so saved them for me.

I could do with losing a couple of stones, by eating more healthily (i.e. no pizzas and burgers from the local take-away) I intend to do that!!

Is it ok if Dave joins as well? I know he's not a forum member but he's trying to lose weight as well.

I'm going to weigh myself on Thursday morning and then I'll post my weight - scary stuff!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

I am trying to gear myself up but too embarrassed to put my weight, I weighed myself yesterday and it was much worse than I thought. I am hypothyroid which doesnt help with losing weight and have never managed to do it but I will try and post each thursday what I have lost, if any, is that ok. I am trying to start walking every day, I'm not offering to do anything that involves more than walking at the moment but beacause of you all I will try and you never know.

This is motivating me already - work have given us all corporate membership of a local (fairly posh!) gym so I've just phoned up and booked my induction!

Right I'll be first then with the weight! 15stone 6lb! Ooh that is terrible! Would love to be 11stone so the 4 stone I thought I had to lose is now 4.5 stone! Oh well onward and upward! I'll assume we post again next Thursday with any loss or gain! I've done an exercise plan for the week as I can't afford to go to the gym but find that I can incorporate exercise with walking/jogging with the dog.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Ok, I'll be brave with the weight too.

15 stone 4.5lbs
BMI - 53 (ouch)

I'm only 5' 2" so am very round, as you can well imagine.

End goal is to get to 7 stone 7lbs.

My goal this week is to get to 15 stone 2lbs.
