Well it's now 14:16 and still nothing - I have emailed Declan again, he's going to have a look at where it is up to!

Last Monday I was suppose to get the answer, then Thursday, then Friday, then, quote "Monday at the latest" and still nothing!! I am at my wits end, I can't concentrate, several of my work colleagues have noticed that I "don't look well" and I know that my work performance is being hit too! At what point do you think enoughs, enough!?? When I called and asked to be put through to my IP, I was just transferred to the lady who's pulled my case together.

I have little, to no patience so this is slowly eating away at me.

I have a loan payment that I need to pay tomorrow and I was originally going to miss the payment due to me having an answer no later than today but now I feel that I should pay it - just in case all this worry turns out to be for nothing!!!!

Lusso,

You have been more than patient, far more patient than I would have been!

Lets see if Declan can get you an answer as he said he'd look into it. I would phone back at 3pm if you haven't heard and insist on talking to someone senior at DFD. You need to know today so you can make a decision on the loan re-payment.

Keep phoning and emailing, you deserve an answer today.

xx

Okay another update - told you I had no patience so instead of waiting for Declan to get back to me, I've "nipped out to the car to collect something" and called my DFD coordinator!

Seems that she had a reply this morning from TIX saying that they will call her after all the other meetings are done today to discuss my case - Pauline says that they wanted me to house share (why aren't they considering that this is for 5/6 years! - how can I house share for that length of time)

Anyway she said that she will call me back later tonight once she has spoken to TIX.

Call me pessimistic but I really don't have a good feeling about this now!

In truth Lusso it seems DFD are pulling out all the stops to have your proposal accepted in it's original form. Do not give up as you are right that flatsharing is not practical for the duration of an IVA and I am sure TIX will see sense.

Fingers are still crossed for you Lusso.

Whilst I agree DFD seem to be pulling out the stops and its TIX that are being unreasonable, I do think DFD should keep Lusso in the picture.

xx

After being promised yet again that I would hear today - nothing has come! I was promised a phone call tonight and nothing has come. I've just got home to find that my parents have begun to box up items to move and I havent even got somewhere to go

I feel so desperate!!

How absolutely annoying and unecessary, but I am sure that the wait will be worth in in the long run. Do be sure that this is sorted out soon, as your creditors meeting can only be adjourned for up to 14 days.

Just caught up with this - Lusso I am so sorry to hear that you still don't have any closure.

Hopefully it is as Michael says and DFD are pulling out all the stops to get this accepted. However, it doesn't help you at the moment does it?

I do hope you get a positive answer today.
