I'd give them a call to find out what's going on - you don't want to wait any longer than necessary and it's getting close to 5pm.

Good luck and let us know how you get on x

Declan has just emailed me to give me a status update -the creditors representatives are apparently snowed under at the moment so that caused a delay in my hearing. Apparently the senior IP is trying to sort it out and Declan hopes to get back to me either tonight or tomorrow - i can't stand another sleepless night! Don't think I have really slept properly since last Saturday! I keep focussing on a "results date" only for it to be pushed back.

Do you think that all this delaying means that my case will be rejected

A very miserable Lusso1979 [:(]

That is not good Lusso. Your meeting should be held on that day and you should get a reply the same day.

I really, really feel for you and hope that you can get an answer tonight.

Poor you Lusso....I have to say I think thats shoddy service and a poor excuse. If your meeting was scheduled for today then you deserve an answer today.

Try to stay positive [;)]

Well we've been having creditors meetings all week, and have noticed no delays in the votes coming in. Surely they must have received some votes in time for the meeting?

I'm so sorry to hear that Lusso, and I agree with the others that it's very poor service. Hopefully Declan will be able to sort this out as it's not fair that you're left hanging on like this x

Hi All

Thanks for all your supportive messages, but I haven't heard anything since my email from Declan. I did speak to the girl who is processing my case at about 5pm tonight and she said that she has been chasing my creditors all day with no luck but she was hoping to get an answer by tomorrow!!!!! I can't stand another weekend of not knowing. When I asked if I would definitely hear tomorrow cause the stress of this is now really getting me down I was told "I don't know!!"
Declan mentioned the creditors representatives (TIX - I think he put) are the ones that haven't got back but I don't know what % they represent
I've cried all the way home from work tonight - I really don't get why my case is any different from the rest!
Do you really think its because the banks have won their "charges" cases and you are right MRBLUESKY - i don't know how they really expect me to find a flat for £250 per month!

xx

Lusso, I really don't know what to say. I think you have been treated rather badly.

As far as far as I am aware, as long as you have at least one creditor vote yes, and no one votes no then the IVA should go through.

I am so sorry that you haven't had any closure on this.

Keep badgering them tomorrow. If the creditors meeting was today, you should have had an answer one way or another by the close of play today.

I do hope you can get this sorted tomorrow. Thinking of you and sending you a virtual hug )))))HUG(((((

Lusso, hope you hear tomorrow at least that way you won't have a weekend of uncertainty ahead of you.

We're all here for you to offer support, and hope it's all sorted tomorrow.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
