Hi Lusso
Firstly, sorry for the delay in responding to both this post and your email.
On behalf of Debt Free Direct, I would like to apologise for the inconvenience, annoyance and stress that this has led. I fully understand and appreciate the effect this is causing you and as I mentioned previously we are doing everything we can to sort this out as soon as possible.
To give some understanding as to what is happening, one of the main voting representatives in your case – TIX, has not had the chance to review your case due to a heavy workload. We have found this unacceptable and one of our senior Insolvency Practitioners has already spoken to TIX regarding this issue. In fact one of our directors has also been on the phone to highlight this problem and to seek an immediate remedy.
Again, I do apologise for what has happened, but please bear in mind that we are doing everything we can to get this sorted.
I'm so sorry that this is making you ill, and can fully understand why.
Hopefully this is all going to get sorted out soon.
Still, you've got all your friends on here for support in the meantime.

Hang on in there Lusso - it won't be long now and DFD will get you a positive outcome (they have to - the whole thing is just so ridiculous even a newbie like me can see that) As all the other members have already said - you have everyone's support and we are all thinking of you. Big Hug [8)]
I think we've all got everything crossed! I shall be thinking about you on Monday Lusso, although I may not be able to post until later on as I'm on a late shift. Depends when you hear.
Don't think I've forgotten about you though!

All companies - both IP firms and creditor voting representatives - must ensure that they are adequately resourced to deal with the work they agree to take on. In my experience adjournments are rare, but do happen for a number of reasons - but our clients and customers should not be put under stress simply because we are busy or it is month end.
I hope you get a suitable response on Monday, and it does appear that your IP is as frustrated as you are - and also that this may be happening in a number of cases, which thankfully I am not experiencing personally.
Oh Lusso, I so hoped you would have had an answer today. I'm glad your IVA company are trying their best for you, but it must be so frustrating for you.
I hope all the good luck wishes and positive vibes we're sending, does the trick.
Have you got anything planned for the weekend to take your mind off things?
lusso ive got everything crossed for you ,dont think after we post we forget we dont your not on your own in this not by a country mile,we are all thinking and routing for you,and i,m sure things will turn out ok take care lusso.
I think the way TIX have behaved is really bad. You need to know what is happening and it shouldn't matter if they have a heavy work load. They should have the staff to deal with it.
Look forward to reading a positive post on Monday.

I've just read through this thread. I'm waiting to hear from DFD after sending back my proposal and I'm hoping everything will be ok and i'll get a date for the creditors meeting soon. Lusso hang in there, I know how you feel, I'm scared too and waiting is always tough. I'm trying to think positively and you should too. I'll look in on Monday and in the mean time I'll be thinking about you. Good luck Lusso, I'm hoping everything will be fine for you. Take care. X[:)]
