Thank you all so much! I've got my creditors meeting date through and its Tuesday 15th December, luckily Its my day off so I'll be poised over the telephone [:)]. I am scared though, I know this is the best option for me but if I get the result I need then it'll be worth 60 months of disciplined budgeting just to say goodbye to debt. I'll be thinking about you Monday Lusso and I wish you all the best. X

good luck for the 15th Alby...it'll soon be here. If your IP phones and tells you there are modifications to your proposal, take time out to consider them. Most modifications don't affect your payments but jsut in case.

Thanks for your messages over the weekend - would like to say that I have had a good weekend and didn't fret at all, but that would be a lie!![:I]
I would love to say that I have news - but nothing as of yet! When I spoke to DFD on Friday last thing, I was promised an answer today so I asked that the matter be resolved in the morning if possible but with 10 mins to go to lunch time I think that that might have been a request overlooked [:(]
Alby - DFD have had some good feedback on this website so I only hope that your process goes alot more smoothly than mine has to date! I am sure it will, and like other posts have said, it'll come as a nice Christmas present and you'll be able to stand by the moto "New Year, New Start"[:)] Shall keep my fingers crossed for you!
