Thanks all for the support. Im one of the unlucky ones who is in debt from no fault of my own unfortunatly.
Just got in from work (another 12 hour day) and will get my paperwork in order and contact Mels team Tommorow. I must admit I have tried Payplan but could'nt do anything for me because of my self employment and my wifes temp job.
She will find out tommorow if she will be kept on so fingers crossed.x
Have been contacted by many creditors lately but just tell them my situation and they ask for a token payment and all have been good apart from Global Advantage who for some reason wont talk to me because I keep answering my security details wrong hehe!
Thanks again to you all and hope everyone has a great new year!
Thanks to Mel for replying today feel so much better already.

All I can say is....
"WHAT A GREAT TEAM".
Received a phone call from Tina at 9.30am and as I was at work she made a promise to phone me at home at 4.30pm to get all figures and more info from me. I got home at 4 and got everything ready and bam phone goes and 1 hour later all did.
FANTASTICO!!!!!!!!!!

Hi utk and welcome to an excellent forum, i think you have defo made the best decision of your life and won't regret it, i went with the first company i came across and although i don't regret that i think going with Melanie would have been a better option as she is very human and realistic unlike some of the bigger companies. Good luck with your pending IVA you are indeed in very good hands and i reiterate that there should be some award for people such as melanie, Andy and others who are undoubtedly very supportive and helpful to others on this site.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
